Rationale: This category means that teachers will engage in continuous learning and self-improvement, so they can continue to better themselves for their current and future students. Also, this category encourages the idea of collaboration with other teachers for the purpose of forming new ideas. This category will be evident in the following assignments because they incorporate collaboration with other future teachers and showcase the efforts, I have made to further educate myself as a teacher. This category will be evident in my future classroom because I believe it is important to pursue anything that can make you a better version of yourself. When you are doing good things, it is evident in everything that you do.
